Responsibilities

Our client is well-established international company, global leader for inspections, certification related to quality and social responsibility. In order to support its growth, we are looking for a new colleague to join the Regional IT Help Desk Centre in Prague.

- Internal, remote IT Support of all Offices and Home Workers within North + East Europe region (11 countries – i.e. Czechia, Germany, Switzerland, Slovakia, Baltic region).
- Supported technologies: Windows XP, Win 7, Win 10, Microsoft Office & Lotus Notes
- First level support: Receive calls from staff requesting assistance with their IT issues. Either answer the query immediately or channel the issue to the relevant escalation point
- Tickets: Accurately log calls into the service desk ticketing system. Achieve / maintain end to end SLA’s for support calls.
- Support provided in English and German, Czech eventually.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems (Unicenter, Jira…) and IT Support principles.
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Lotus Notes.
- Fluency in English and German is a must have. Other languages are advantage (SK, HU, CH, AU, FR). You would work with Czech co-workers, but Czech is not mandatory.
- We expect good level of communication skills and customer oriented approach.
