Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new clients within the automotive sector, including manufacturers, dealerships, and fleet operators.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Capacity management: Build up strong network of carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise
Sales Management: Lead the sales process from prospecting through closing deals, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing accounts.
Collaborative Growth: Work closely with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and support business growth.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities for senior management.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in automotive logistics, transportation industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Good knowledge of English language, knowledge of Russian or German language would be an advantage.
Strong understanding of the finished vehicle transport industry and logistics solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
