Responsibilities

For our important client, a company operating in the field of electronics with an overlap in the aviation, space industry and security systems, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Customer Service Representative.

What will you do:
- Act as Main interface during order treatment process
- Organize kick off meetings for large projects
- Check customer's Po & Book entrys in ERP system
- Take total ownership on customer´s orders
- Support the credit management on customers' overdue treatment
- Manage post sales administratration activities
- Provide reporting to Sales and Finance

Requirements

- Degree in Business or Administration
- At least 2 yeasr experience in Sales Administration
- Good IT literacy and experience in using ERP tools
- Excellent English, French is an advantage
- Good organization and communication skills
- Customer oriented
