Responsibilities

As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will provide technical expertise to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation project and work hand-in-hand with Dynamics implementation partner (vendor). You will support proper integration and implementation of all CRM related components.
In post-implementation phase, you will maintain and develop the CRM solution. The role will play an important part in the evolution of CRM, ensuring its success for years to come.

- Working in international multi location environment – global 6 locations
- Working in smaller global technical team
- Working in Agile environment
- Assist across all phases of project (Plan, Analyse, Design, Build, and Test)
- Support design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions for CRM
- Leverage technical knowledge to develop CRM solution and CRM interfaces
- Closely cooperate with Dynamics Business Consultant, MS Dynamics implementation team and external partners involved in CRM implementation
- Troubleshoot non-standard technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure solution quality meets from technical perspective
- Support continuous improvement efforts to identify potential challenges and opportunities for business success and productivity
- Travel as needed

Requirements

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and standard business practices.
- 2+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 implementation, including customization, configuration, plug-ins, workflows, and JavaScript.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its associated technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate
- Microsoft .NET. knowledge
- Proficiency in written and spoken English

Advantage:

- Ability to build cloud flows, desktop automation, and business process flows
- Strong analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
