Responsibilities

Contributes to and help with execution of central data strategy, following central architecture and designs, supporting organization's objectives and long-term vision. 
Data Modeling: Design and maintain data models, schemas, data structures, processes and tools (Power Designer and its extensions) to enable efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
Data Integration: Oversees data mappings, creates and maintains related templates, oversees integration processes, ensuring correct data flows implementation according to data models and definitions.
Data Governance: Owns and maintains process for central data model, provides access to central data model, related artefacts and documentation. Creates and enforce policies, data quality validation and tests, compliance with relevant regulations.
Technology and Tools: Evaluate and select data management technologies and tools, making informed decisions based on business needs and industry trends.
Leadership: Lead and mentor a other data professionals, providing guidance and direction for data-related projects and initiatives. Advocates and ensures smooth adoption of central architecture and data models.
Collaboration: Onboard and support BUs, communicates, educates, explains models to users. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions and models.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of central data models, data architecture, data flows, tools and processes related and best practices for reference and compliance. 

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role, with a strong background in data modeling and architecture in international environment.
Expertise in data management technologies and tools, such as databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes. 
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices. 
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. 
Analytical, goal oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities to address complex data challenges with attention to detail.
