Responsibilities

For our client, a global leader in medical innovations focused on patients with heart disease, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Talent Acquisition OPs.
Do you have experience in a similar role and feel comfortable communicating in English? Then we are looking for you.
This role i also suitable for graduates!

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform HR Solutions tasks in a support capacity (i.e., back office) under limited supervision to assist other HRS team members who act as first points-of-contact for all HR inquiries
- Support the Talent Acquisition team (recruiters) when it comes to the logistics, communication with stakeholders and candidates
- Manage interview scheduling for candidates in EMEA region according to the requirements. Interview logistics (flight tickets, hotel accommodation, conference room reservations etc.) should be handled according to needs and Edwards price policies and regulations
- Support of the BUs, HRBPs, hiring managers with feedback sessions
- Cooperation with agencies and support activities in Coupa system (invoice, PO creation)
- Delegate and escalate inquiries as appropriate but remain responsible for the HR case through completion by tracking progress and providing continuous feedback to requestors on status of their inquiries.
- Leverage E2E process documentation, procedures, work instructions, and Knowledge Base and Case Management content to resolve inquiries quickly and execute day-to-day operational activities and tasks.
- Provide input to improve HR Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned function, based on their user experience.
- Other incidental duties

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree, 1-2 years relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Events, or another related field is an advantage
- Fluent English is a must
- Expertise in usage of MS Office Suite is a must
- Knowledge of Workday, Service Now and expense/travel system (Coupa) is a bid advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strict attention to detail and high work standards in support of accurate delivery
