- Maintain and develop the team IT infrastructure
- Conduct security assessments to uncover vulnerabilities and identify potential threats to company's systems and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to address security vulnerabilities and enhance overall security awareness of our company
- Working experience with IT infrastructure (CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI or similar)
- Solid networking and/or coding skills (C, C#, C++, Go, Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with managing cloud platform(s)
- Enthusiasm for new ideas, innovative solutions, and alternative approaches
- Interest in IT security and curiosity to learn more about it
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written

- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Experience in administering, attacking, or defending Windows/Linux/macOS environments, Active Directory/Entra ID, cloud platforms, container technology (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience with actual security assessments (red teaming, web/infra pentesting,…)
