· Contribute to the product design vision and direction for the product, from concept development to design and launch.
· Partner with Product Design leaders, Product stakeholders, and Engineers to define design requirements to address user needs and business goals.
· You are committed to quality and detail oriented. You will help ensure that our experience visions are reflected in the final product.
· Help maintain a culture of creativity, learning, and continuous improvement.
· You are a great communicator — articulate and confident. You will help create and present visually compelling product video demos.
· Experienced in delivering successful products, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically.
· A strong portfolio demonstrating high quality product design, ability to navigate through ambiguity, experience with creating design systems, and engaging presentation skills.
· You have a deep understanding of design principles, design thinking methodologies, and user research.
· Experienced with designing for complex applications.
· Experience with Figma.
· 5 years of experience in the Design field.
· 5+ years of experience working collaboratively across functions: product, engineering, design, marketing, data science, and sales.
